25 | Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Jason Lund arrived at the above facility to conduct an post licensing visit & annual required visit. LPA met with Administrator Alma Whitted and explained the purpose of the visit. Census 25
LPA & Administrator Alma Whitted toured the facility. The facility is a single story main building that consists of a main lobby, T.V. room, activity room, dining and kitchen area, laundry area, medication room and open courtyard area. Residents bedrooms are either private or shared and there are both private and shared bathrooms.
Bathrooms are equipped with non-skid surfaces and grab bars as required. LPA observed the facility to be free of odor, clean and in good repair. LPA observed sufficient furniture and lighting throughout the facility. This facility does not any pools or bodies present on this date.
LPA observed sufficient seven- day non-perishable and two- day perishable food supplies. Fire extinguishers and smoke detectors are current and in compliance with fire safety.
LPA observed centrally stored medications and toxins are kept locked and inaccessible to residents. First aid kit was checked and is complete.
Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22 Division 6, Chapter 8, no deficiencies were observed and cited during this visit. Facility is in substantial compliance on this date. Exit interview held with Administrator Alma Whitted and a copy of report given at the conclusion of the visit. |
