13 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Renee Campbell and LPA Victoria Brown arrived unannounced to conduct an investigation of the above allegation on 09/27/2023 at 9:00 am. LPA’s Campbell and Brown met with Janet Johns, Assistant Executive Director, and explained the purpose of the visit.
Regarding the Allegation, Staff handled resident in a rough manner, of the 6 staff and 4 residents interviewed, none stated that they had witnessed, experienced, or heard of any resident being treated in a rough or inappropriate manner. Based on interviews with a random amount of residents and staff the investigation revealed that there is no preponderace of evidence. Allegation is deemed UNSUBSTANTIATED.
A finding of Unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred. Per California Code of Regulations (CCRs) - Title 22, Division 6, Chapter 8, no deficiencies cited. An exit interview was conducted, copy of the report provided. |
