13 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Roman Iglesias, conducted an unannounced complaint inspection to provide findings for the above allegation. LPA met with Master Teacher, Norma Aranda, and LPA discussed the allegations with her. LPA conducted an indoor/outdoor tour of the facility and took a census.
This agency has investigated the complaint alleging child sustained injury while in care. During the course of the investigation LPA interviewed Del Puerto Child Development Center staff, children, and children's parents. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore, the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1 (CCC), no deficiency is being cited.
An exit interview was conducted with Master Teacher, Norma Aranda. A copy of this report and Appeal Rights were provided and discussed with Ms. Aranada.
A Notice of Site Inspection Form was posted on parent's board and must remain posted for 30 days. |
