INVESTIGATION FINDINGS:

 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Brannon conducted an unannounced complaint inspection to provide findings for the above allegations. LPA met with Director II, Jewelee Hotchkiss. LPA explained the allegations, and toured the facility. LPA observed three staff with four preschool. During today’s visit, LPA interviewed staff. The allegations were investigated that included police reports, staff and children interviews.
Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are unsubstaniated.
Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, no deficiency is cited during today’s inspectiont. Exit interview conducted with Director II, Jewelee Hotchkiss. Appeal rights were provided. A Notice of Site Visit was posted on parent board in presence of LPA Brannon.
