25 | On 04/21/2026, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Valerie Mireles and Jeovanna Yanez conducted an unannounced Annual Random Inspection for the infant license. LPAs met with Director Kimberly Hammond, toured the facility indoors, outdoors and a census was taken. Days and hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Furniture and equipment are in good condition, free of sharp, loose or pointed parts. LPAs observed a rocking chair, play mats, bean bags, riding toys, low chairs, and a mounted television. There is one crib for each infant present. All toilets, changing tables, and handwashing facilities are in safe and sanitary operating condition. Facility has one or more functioning carbon monoxide detectors. Floors in the facility are clean and safe. Solid waste storage containers have tight-fitting covers and are in good repair.
Playground equipment is in safe condition, free of sharp, loose or pointed parts. The surface of the outdoor activity space is maintained in a safe condition and is free of hazards. LPAs observed plastic age-appropriate slides, picnic table, riding toys, and a play house. Areas around high climbing equipment and slides have cushioning material to absorb falls. There is no swimming pool or other bodies of water on the premises. No poisons were observed during the inspection. Disinfectants, cleaning solutions, medication and other hazardous items are made inaccessible. There are no firearms or ammunition allowed or stored on the premises.
Drinking water is available both indoors and outdoors. Drinking water is provided by personal water bottles and water fountains in then classroom. Parents provide their children with their meals to include formula, milk, snacks and lunch. Continued on LIC809-
