On January 11, 2022, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Brannon and Gavoutian arrived at the center to conduct a pre-licensing inspection. Prior pre-licensing inspection was conducted on 12/30/21. LPAs met with applicant, Meredith Lawrence.

During the prior pre-licensing inspection, LPA Brannon provided a list of items to be corrected/repaired. LPAs toured facility to ensure all corrections/repairs were completed. Licensee completed the required corrections.

During today's inspection, LPA reviewed with applicant that there are cracks in the cement walk way. Applicant and staff should keep an eye on the cracks and to take measures to ensure the cracks do not worsen.

The roof on the tan building does over hang on the outside play yard. Applicant and staff will keep an eye on the roof to ensure the roof does not worsen.

Pending a final file review, a recommendation to issue a preschool license with a toddler option with the preschool capacity of 40 preschool children and a toddler option of 12 toddlers.
