On October 29, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Yesenia Fierro conducted an unannounced complaint inspection to provide findings regarding the above allegation. LPA met with Director, Katie Bonzi, toured the facility and took a census. LPA explained and discussed the allegations and findings with Mrs. Bonzi.

During the course of this investigation LPA interviewed the Director, teachers, and parents and reviewed pertinent documentation. Information obtained throughout the investigation did not produce sufficient information to meet the preponderance of evidence standard to support that staff do not ensure that day care child is adequately fed while in care or that staff do not ensure that day care child's diapering needs are met while in care.
