25 | On 12/12/2023, Licensing Program Analysts Anita Tristan, conducted an announced Case Management- Licensee Initiated inspection. LPA met with Licensee, Alicia Prado and informed her of the reason for the today’s inspection. LPA toured the facility indoors and outdoors and a census was taken.
Licensee contacted LPA Tristan informing LPA that she was converting the attached garage/bedroom into a “Day Care” room for the children in care. Licensee, submitted pictures, facility sketch, fire clearance, completed city permit, disaster plan, and updated information on where meals will be provided.
During today’s inspection LPA Tristan, observed the day care room, with age-appropriate toys and activities for children in care. LPA also observed a bedroom outside the jack and jill bathroom and small hallway area, and living room were all made accessible to children. LPA observed the outdoor play yard that is contacted to the day care room to be accessible and with age-appropriate toys.
Licensee provided LPA with an updated facility sketch. LPA approved the use of the day care room for children in care.
Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies are cited.
This report shall be made available to the public upon request. LIC 9213 Notice of Site Visit is provided and required to be posted for 30 days.
