On 06/21/2024, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Anita Tristan conducted an unannounced case management inspection. LPA met with Licensee, Alicia Prado, toured the facility and a census was taken.

During the inspection LPA observed 6 children in care napping.

The reason for the visit was to observe that licensee had updated and corrected her Facility Roster (LIC 9040).

LPA confirmed the roster to be complete with children's name and date of birth, parent/authorized representative contact information, and start date.

LPA informed licensee the importance of having licensing forms up to date and completed.

Per California Code of Regulation Title 22 Division 12 Chapter 3, no deficiencies are being cited today. Exit interview conducted with Licensee, Notice of Site to be posted for 30 days.
