On 7/26/2023 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Anita Tristan, conducted an announced Case Management- Licensee Initiated Inspection. LPA met with Licensee Shaney Kremer. LPA toured the home inside and outside and a census was taken. The purpose of today's inspection was to inspect the new concrete, play structure, and wood chips added in the backyard. Licensee updated facility sketch.

Concrete, play structure, and wood chips met Title 22 regulations there are sufficient cushioning under swings and slide area.

Licensee stated that they will be building a new classroom for the day care and will notify Licensing when building begins. LPA reminded Licensee to review FCCH regulations to ensure that classroom will meet Title 22 Regulations.

Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiency is being cited. Notice of Site Inspection to be posted for 30 days.
