On 07/21/2022, at 2:00 p.m., a Non-Compliance Conference (NCC) was conducted at the Fresno Regional Child Care Office to discuss violations of Title 22 regulations.

In attendance at this office visit were Licensee Dena Nazarour, Licensee's Husband Serghez Nazarpour, Regional Manager Alice Juarez, Licensing Program Manager Juvenal Moctezuma, and Licensing Program Analyst Luisa Gavoutian.

During today's office visit, a copy of the NCC and LIC 9224 (Acknowledgement of Receipt of Licensing Reports) were provided to Licensee.

Per California Code of Regulations Title 22, Division 12, no deficiency cited during today's office visit. Exit interview conducted with Licensee Dena Nazarpour.

A copy of this report is to remain in the facility for public review. This report shall be made available to the public upon request.
