A tour of the facility was conducted indoors and outdoors, and a census was taken. This visit was initiated by licensee to inspect the converted garage (separated into 2 rooms) and backyard that was previously off limits and now the Licensee wants it to be accessible to provide care for the children. LPA observed no hazards to children’s present. In the backyard, LPA observed no hazards to children present. LPA observed numerous children’s toy and play equipment’s. Licensee was reminded to conduct daily walk throughs of the backyard, to conduct checks for play toys and equipment’s for normal wear and tear over time. Licensee stated she understood.
