13 | On April 9, 2024, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Yesenia Fierro conducted an unannounced complaint inspection to provide findings for the above-mentioned allegation. LPA met with Licensee Marlene Moreno, LPA discussed the allegation and took a census. During the course of the investigation, LPA interviewed parents/neighbors, reviewed licensee records, and conducted observations.
LPA obtained conflicting information in regards to the licensee home address. Information obtained reveals multiple addresses conflicting with the address that is licensed. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged allegation did or did not occur, therefore, the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, no deficiency is cited during today's visit.
An exit interview conducted with Licensee Marlene Moreno. A copy of this report and Appeal Rights were provided.
