25 | On 10/31/2024, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Ka Vang, conducted an unannounced case management inspection. LPA toured the facility, and a census was taken. LPA met with Licensee Anahar Saeed and informed Anahar the purpose of today’s inspection.
On 10/25/2024, it was reported to the Fresno Regional office that an incident occurred in the facility and the Modesto Police officer came to the home. During this inspection, Licensee confirmed that a police officer from the Modesto Police Department did come to the home to resolve an issue involved a formal employee (Staff #2) who left her personal belonging at the daycare facility. When the officer arrived, the officer retrieved Staff #2’s personal belonging and returned to Staff #2. The incident was resolved immediately without any further incidents that involved the health and safety of the children in care.
During today’s inspection, LPA explained to Licensee regarding the Department’s reporting requirement and record keeping. Licensee stated that she just recently licensed and are becoming familiar with the licensing reporting requirement and record keeping. Licensee stated that she now understood the Department’s reporting requirement and record keeping.
Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3 of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiency is being cited during today’s inspection.
Licensee was provided a copy of appeal rights. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Licensee. |
