32 | LPA Martinez conducted collateral interviews and reviewed medication documentation, and it was determined there was not enough evidence to prove that medications were not properly maintained. Also, LPA Martinez was not able to obtained or visually observed the medication. In addition, LPA Martinez was not able to observe Resident 1's (R1) clothing, and there was not substantial evidence to prove R1's clothing were missing.
Due to the above noted information, although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, and therefore the allegation ar unsubstantiated. Exit interview conducted, and a copy of this report was given to the facility. |
