25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Sarah Hurt conducted an unannounced visit today for the facility’s annual inspection. LPA met with Licensee Cecilia Candido Continual Administrator's Certification for Nikolas Admasson expires 10/12/2022. There are currently 1 resident who reside at this home and there is 0 residents on hospice at this time. LPA inspected the interior and the exterior of the facility including the common living spaces, resident bedrooms and bathrooms, activity rooms, medication storage, kitchen, and outdoor areas. Food supply is adequate 7 days non perishable and 2 days perishable.
Fire extinguisher is within the safety regulation period. The home has a carbon monoxide detector and performs disaster drills as required. Water temperature was tested at 110 degrees. First Aid kit is on site and complete.
LPA Hurt observed several prescription medications for Staff 1 in an open drawer inside an empty resident room.
LPA Hurt observed several toxins and cleaning supplies not locked away on the back porch. LPA observed the facility to be cluttered and not clean in living areas, and bedrooms. LPA observed the refrigerator to have several food containers without a label or date.
The following deficiencies observed or cited during today's inspection per California Code of Regulations, Title 22.
LPA's requested the following documents: LIC 500 Personnel Report, LIC 308 Designation of Administrative Responsibility, LIC 610-E the Emergency Disaster Plan and copy of current Administrator’s Certificate to update the facility file. Listed documents shall be sent to Licensing.
