Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Renee Campbell arrived unannounced to conduct an annual inspection at approximately 9 am. LPA Campbell met with Joanne Trinidad, Administrator and Licensee and explained the purpose of the visit.

The facility is a two story building with eight clients currently living on the first floor and staff living quarters and offices on the second floor. Per Anabel Ventura, Caregiver, there are eight clients residing in the facility.  LPA Campbell toured the facility and inspected common areas, the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, offices and staff living areas and backyard areas to ensure there are no safety hazards for residents. Furniture and furnishings were sufficient to meet the needs of residents. LPA Campbell observed a patio on the second floor. The facility temperature was 73 degrees Fahrenheit, which is within the required range of 68 and 85 degrees. The facility's water temperature measured 107 degrees Fahrenheit, which is within the required range of 105 and 120 degrees. The Annual Fire Inspection reports for 2022 and 2023 were observed by LPA Campbell and were given an All Clear Statsus by the Turlock Fire Department.

LPA Campbell observed first aid supplies and a fully-charged and up-to-date fire extinguisher that was last inspected on 10/18/2023. LPA Campbell observed a minimum 2-day supply of perishable food and a minimum 7-day supply of nonperishable food.
