32 | During the visit, four children were interviewed (C1, C2, C3, C4). C1, C3, and C4 all stated that they eat their food. C4 said specifically that teachers help her open up her food.
Between the dates of November 18 and 21, 2022, LPA J. Helton contacted Eight parents (P1-P8) for interviews, seven were successful. P2-P8 had little or no concern regarding diaper changes. P2-P8 had no concerns over children receiving enough food while in care.
This agency has investigated the complaint alleging that staff did not meet diapering needs and did not ensure that children ate a sufficient amount of food while in care. LPA has found that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred, and the findings are unsubstantiated.
A copy of report, appeal rights, and an exit interview was conducted with director Leann Deluze.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. |
