32 | Between the dates of March 28 and April 6, 2023 (P3-P9) were interviewed. P3-P6, P8-P9 stated no safety or sexual abuse concerns with the childcare home.
On May 17, 2023, Investigator Balarie received and reviewed police reports. On June 6, 2023 copies of CPS reports were request, the reports were received and reviewed.
Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred, and the findings are unsubstantiated.

A copy of report, appeal rights and a notice of site visit were given. Notice of site visit must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with positing requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
