On 3/10/22, a Case Management visit was conducted by Licensing Program Analyst, Wisehart who met with the licensee, Dayniss Orundo to discuss staff interactions regarding familial attendees.

Witness (W1) expressed that the licensee engages differently with familial relations who attend the program and that staff been observed to pick up the familial children using an inappropriate lift technique.

The LPA discussed with the licensee proper lifting of children and that familial children, during day care hours are to be treated the same as any day care child, including on how they are transported.

Though no title 22 deficiencies were issued today, an Advisory was issued.
