On 3/30/23 at 12:41pm, an annual inspection was made to the facility by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Mendez. Hours of operation are 7:30am-5:00pm, Monday–Friday. The facility was toured at 2:23pm inside and outside and the floor and yard plan submitted by the licensee were verified. Facility operates in three classrooms. The playground is cushioned with grass and rubber chips.

The licensee and staff were supervising 26 children, and operating within the licensed capacity and ratio requirements. There are no pools or bodies of water on the premises.

Five children's records were reviewed at 12:56pm. Five staff records were reviewed at 1:10pm

Licensee was reminded that all adults 18 and over, including employees and volunteers, must obtain a criminal record clearance or exemption, or transfer their existing clearance or exemption, prior to initial presence in a Child Care Center. A civil penalty of $100.00 minimum/day up to $500.00 maximum per day/per person will be assessed if this regulation is violated.

This facility provides Incidental Medical Services – IMS. LPA reviewed storage of medication and equipment/supplies, and reviewed children’s, personnel, and administrative records.
