13 | On 8/3/2023, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Theresa Marquez conducted a complaint inspection and met with Co-licensee/Director Anne Hoffman. The purpose of this inspection is to deliver the final complaint findings for the above allegation.
During the course of the investigation, LPA Marquez interviewed the reporting party, staff, parents and day care children. LPA also reviewed and obtained facility records related to the allegation. Interviews revealed there was insufficient information to prove that staff intimidated a day care child resulting in a Personal Rights violation.
This agency has investigated the above complaint allegation. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur; therefore, the allegation is unsubstantiated.
Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, no deficiency is cited today. An exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with the Co-licensee/Director Anne Hoffman. A copy of Appeal Rights and the Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
