On 07/24/2024, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs), Nancy Her and Octavia Nolan conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection for a decrease in capacity. Upon arrival, LPA met with Applicant Cheri Doria. Applicant is requesting to be licensed for 96 preschoolers in classrooms 1, 2, 3, and 5. Hours of operation will be Monday through Friday 7:45 am to 2:45 pm. This facility will operate on the traditional school year schedule. All indoor and outdoor activity space utilized for the children was inspected today. These are sufficient to accommodate the requested capacity of 96 children.

The facility currently has a fully fenced playground area. Fencing is at least four feet high. The total square footage for all the outdoor activity space is 10748, which is sufficient to accommodate the requested capacity. There are sufficient outdoor age-appropriate toys and play equipment available on the playground. The playground provides two shade structures and a mature tree for shade. There is a play structure that's age appropriate. There is a shed outside for the preschool toys and equipment. The Licensee is using artificial turf for cushioning under the outdoor climbing structure. LPA reminded licensee to make sure they have visual supervision of children at all times.
