25 | On September 19, 2022 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kari McWilliams conducted an unannounced annual inspection on the School Age license and met with Director Ami Johnson. Director Ami Johnson stated that the facility is wishing to close the school age license and use the space for the daycare license as an arts and crafts area. Director stated that the owner may want to increase capacity at a later time.
LPA McWilliams advised Director Johnson that a increase of capacity application would have to be filled out prior to increasing the capacity.
LPA McWilliams conducted an inspection of the classroom area and observed that the school age furniture has been removed and the tables and chairs are size appropriate for children 2 years to five years. There is appropriate toys for preschool children. LPA McWilliams observed no hazards to be present.
LPA McWilliams obtained a updated facility report for the space and informed Director Johnson that her capacity has not changed.
Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the facility representative Director Ami Johnson.
Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies are cited.
This report shall be made available to the public upon request. LIC 9213 Notice of Site Visit is provided and required to be posted for 30 days. |
