On 01/30/2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Christopher Burnias conducted an unannounced complaint inspection at the facility. The purpose of the inspection was to deliver the findings for the above allegation. LPA met with Early Childhood Education (ECE) Lead, Margaret McLain and toured the facility.

During the course of the investigation, LPA made observations at the facility and interviewed staff, children, and parents. Interviews revealed inconsistencies as to whether or not a child was touched inappropriately by another child.

The investigation revealed through interviews, that although the above allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence at this time to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
