25 | On 07/29/2026 Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Cynthia Brannon, and Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Sonja Navarrette conducted an unannounced Annual Random Inspection for the infant license.
LPA met with Valissa Elvankeyis Estrada and toured the facility indoors and outdoors. Days and hours of operation are Monday through Friday 7:30am-5:30pm.
During inspection of the infant classroom, LPA and LPM observed cabinets without locking devices containing, Epsom salt, 5 adult scissors, 1 mini screw driver, 1 staple remover, 1 puddy knife, and in the infant diaper changing room there was a bottle of bleach water placed on a low shelf easily accessible to children in care. There is no swimming pool or other bodies of water on the premises. There are no firearms or ammunition allowed or stored on the premises.
LPM and LPA reviewed with Site Supervisor that the classroom ramps should be in good order with no exposed metal. Furniture and equipment are in good condition, free of sharp, loose or pointed parts.
During inspection of the outdoor infant play yard, LPM and LPA observed the infant play structure has spider webs, corner of the chain link fence has cluster of spider webs with dead bugs, infant toy storage box has spider webs and all play structures are dusty. Areas around high climbing equipment, swings and slides have cushioning material, wood chip, to absorb falls. All toilets and hand washing facilities are in safe and sanitary operating condition. Facility has one or more functioning carbon monoxide detectors. The LPM and LPA reviewed with Site Supervisor the need for the infant classroom rug to be kept in good and clean order. Floors in the facility are clean and safe. Solid waste storage containers have tight-fitting covers and are in good repair. Continued on LIC 809-C
