Based on the investigation, the findings with regard to the above allegation are UNSUBSTANTIATED. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that a minor residing in the home was sexually, physically, and/or emotionally abused by any adult(s) in the home.
