On 03/27/2024, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jose Penate conducted an unannounced inspection to provide findings with regard to the above allegation. LPA met with Licensee and discussed the purpose of the inspection, toured the facility, and a census was taken.

Based on the investigation conducted by Investigator Mariana Lomeli of the Community Care Licensing Investigations Bureau, the allegation that an adult in the home sexually abused a day care child by inappropriately touching them is UNSUBSTANTIATED. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation occurred.

Per California Code of Regulations Title 22, Division 12, no deficiency is cited.
