On this date 03/10/2025, an unannounced Case Management - Plan of Correction (POC) Inspection was conducted by Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Sonja Navarrette and Lady Cabrera. LPAs met with Licensee Isabel Martinez-Lomeli to review the POCs associated to deficiencies cited on 02/26/2025. Today, LPAs verified the following:

· Licensee purchased and installed an approved safety pool cover that meets ASTM International Standard F1346-91-2003.
· Licensee finished installing missing five feet iron fenced in the east side of the backyard to make in-ground pool inaccessible.

LPAs cleared deficiencies on this date and provided licensee with a "Letter of Deficiency Citations Cleared." This letter must be filed in the facility for three years and upon request made accessible to the public for review.

During today’s inspection, Licensee informed LPA that she would like to use the new day care room. Licensee provided Fresno CCL with an updated facility sketch indicating that the new day care room and day care bathroom will be the only areas accessible to the day care children. LPA inspected the day care room today and observed, a small bean bags, a child size table and chairs, safe toys, a high chair and two play yards. LPA also observe a sink and a wall mini split ac/heating unit. Licensee reported living room, kitchen/dining room and hallway bathroom and backyard will be inaccessible to the day care children. LPA informed Licensee that the room is following Title 22 Regulations and can be utilized as of the next business day.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Licensee Isabel Martinez-Lomeli and she was provided appeal rights. LIC 9213 NOTICE OF SITE VISIT FORM IS REQUIRED TO BE POSTED FOR 30 DAYS.
