25 | On 3/1/2024, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Theresa Marquez conducted a Case Management inspection and met with licensee Patricia Denton Uribe. Licensee's spouse/assistant was also present.
The purpose of this inspection is to tour the home garage area that was converted into a "playroom". The playroom was approved for fire clearance by the Visalia Fire Department on 2/13/2024. LPA observed in the carpeted playroom; children's toys, cubbies, child size furniture, a fire extinguisher, smoke alarm and an oversized Pack n Play.
Special conditions of the fire clearance by Fire inspector Maribel Vasquez: The maximum playroom occupancy is 10 children. To allow for the home capacity of 14, additional rooms inside the home will continue to be used; the living room, kitchen/dining area, hall bath room and bedroom #1(sickroom). The upstairs of the home continues to be off limits.
The playroom meets the description of a safe and healthy environment for children as described in Chapter 3, Division 12, Title 22 of California Code of Regulations.
Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, of the California Code of Regulations no deficiencies were observed today.
An exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee Patricia Denton Uribe. A copy of the evaluation report and the Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. |
