25 | On March 21, 2022, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Norma Lomeli met with Applicant, Danielle Panuco for a pre-licensing inspection. Applicant and her husband reside in the home. Verified applicant's CPR and First Aid was completed through American Heart Association and expires on October 28, 2023. Applicant does not have Assistant's, Kristen Reeves CPR/First aid certification, applicant understands that assistant must not be left alone with the day care children. Background clearances are discussed and LIS 531 is signed indicating that the adults currently living in the home and/or providing care and supervision to children have a criminal record clearance. Fire clearance was granted on February 24, 2022.
Facility was inspected inside and outside as shown on the facility sketch and the following items were discussed:
- Fire clearance was received on March 2, 2022. Fire alarm is located on the home’s entry way on the right hand side wall.
- This is a single story, three bedroom and three bathrooms home and children will have access to the living room/dining room, kitchen, bedroom #3 (day care room), bathroom #3, master bedroom #1, and hallway bathroom. Off-limits rooms are made inaccessible by the use of plastic door knob covers and key
- There is a fireplace in the master bedroom that applicant states it will not be used during day-care hours.
