On 4/9/2026, An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Claribel Soto. Licensee, Nereyda Lira Lopez. LPA toured the facility and census was taken. The purpose of today's inspection is to close the complaint investigation. During the course of the investigation, LPA interviewed licensee, assistant and reviewed and obtained facility records.

The allegation of licensee engaged in a verbal altercation in the presence of the day care children was investigated and based off interviews and record review there is no indication that day care children were present during a verbal altercation with licensee. Although the allegation may have happened or may be valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove the allegation occurred.

The allegation of licensee allowed uncleared adult to supervise day care child was investigated and based off interviews and record review there is no indication that day care child was supervised by an uncleared adult. Although the allegation may have happened or may be valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove allegation occurred.

The findings with regard to the above allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED.

Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, no deficiency is cited.

An exit interview conducted with Licensee, Nereyda Lira Lopez. A Notice of Site Visit was posted on parent board. This report shall be made available to the public upon request. Appeal Rights were provided.
