13 | On January 27, 2026, at 10:30AM Licensing Program Analysts(LPAs) Deborah Khashe and Sarah Tibbett conducted an unannounced visit to deliver findings for the above allegation. LPAs met with the Director Ali Cardoza. LPAs disclosed the purpose of the inspection. LPAs toured the facility and observed twenty (20) childcare children being supervisor by four(4) childcare teachers.
It was alleged that staff left day care child in soiled diaper. During the investigation LPA Khashe toured the facility, observed staff interactions with and supervision of children in care, conducted interviews with teachers, parents, director and reporting party, and obtained pertinent documents. The reporting party stated when the child was picked up from day care the child’s pants were wet in the diaper region and the diaper was so full it was bursting at the seams. The reporting party stated that the child had a very red rash and her child had blisters and bleeding. Parent checked the ProCare app and said she had not been changed all day. Mom reported that the child was dropped off at 9:28AM and picked up at 4:30PM.
