On January 23, 2024, at 12:15 PM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Laura Villanueva conducted an unannounced inspection to conclude investigation for the above allegation. LPA met with Administrator, Sylvia Farello and explained the purpose of the visit. LPA conducted a tour of the facility inside and outside with administrator. LPA observed a total of 13 children under the care and supervision of 5 staff.

LPA interviewed parents, teachers, and reviewed child file. Parents are happy with the care and supervision their children receive at the center. The staff shared how they do not have a "discipline" policy. They help the children calm their bodies and talk to them. They also redirect the children to alternate activities. Although the allegations may have happened or are invalid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED. No deficiencies cited for today.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the administrator, Sylvia Farello.
