Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) JoAnn Rosales conducted a subsequent unannounced complaint investigation visit to deliver final investigation findings. LPA met with Administrator Sanjuana Enriquez

Concerns were that residents were not administered their medications as prescribed as residents observed missing medication when staff gave them their medications. Interviews on 11/18/21 starting at 3:07 pm and 1/4/22 starting at 12:20 pm revealed that residents have looked at the medications that they were given by staff and observed medications missing and staff admitted to being distracted and forgot to give a resident one of their medications. Residents had to notify the staff that they were missing their medications so that the staff could get them their medications. Based on the information obtained during the course of the investigation the allegation is deemed substantiated at this time.
