On January 29, 2026 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Giovani Gonzalez conducted an unannounced inspection at the above mentioned Child Care Center (CCC) to conclude a complaint investigation. LPA met with Director Leone Paul and informed them the purpose of the inspection. At the time of the inspection 28 children were present.

The allegation of Personal Rights - Staff does not ensure children are spoken to in an appropriate manner could be corroborated. Interviews with Staff 1 (S1), Staff 2 (S2), Staff 3 (S3),Staff 4 (S4) and Staff 5 (S5) revealed they have not spoken to children in an inappropriate manner. Additionally, S1, S2,S3 S4 and S5 stated they had not observed other staff speak to children in an inappropriate manner. Further, from the parent interviews conducted, parents did not express concerns of staff speaking inappropriately to children in the infant/toddler classrooms.

The allegation of Personal Rights - Staff handles children in a rough manner could not be corroborated. Interviews with Staff 1 (S1), Staff 2 (S2), Staff 3 (S3) , Staff 4 (S4) and Staff 5 revealed they have not observed staff in the infant/toddler classrooms handle children in a rough manner. Further, from the parent interviews conducted, parents did not express concerns of staff handling children in a rough manner in the toddler/infant classroom.

LPA reviewed report with Director Leone Paul. Notice of site visit and appeal rights were given.
