On June 13, 2024 at 09:05 AM Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Laura Villanueva and David Roman conducted an unannounced inspection to conclude investigation for the above allegations. LPAs met with Director, Katherine Eclarinal and explained the purpose of the visit. LPAs conducted a tour of the facility inside and outside with Director. LPAs observed 3 children with 1 teacher.

Investigation included LPA visits on 04/25/2024 and 04/26/2024, parent interviews, child interviews, and staff interviews. Parent sreported being satisfied with the care and supervision of their children. Children interviewed expressed that they enjoyed attending the center.

Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED.
