| LPA observed the outdoor area play area to have ample amount of space for children to play with appropriate toys and equipment. LPA observed shade, and soft padding. No bodies of water are present.

A sampling of children and staff records were reviewed. LPA observed children's files to be complete and current. Teacher Mandated Reporter Certificates are valid through 8/21/2023. LPA reviewed SB792 Child Care Adult Immunization and Tuberculosis requirements. Teachers meet the required qualifications.
