On August 14, 2026 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Giovani Gonzalez conducted an unannounced inspection at the above mentioned Child Care Center (CCC) to conclude a complaint investigation. LPA met with Director Rosa Valencia and informed them the purpose of the inspection. At the time of the inspection 52 children were present.

The allegation of Personal Rights - Staff did not keep day care child's personal information confidential could not be corroborated. Per the initial report, the concern was regarding people attending the graduation ceremony, however per staff interviews it is common for additional family to attend the ceremony. Per staff, all families at the center are notified of the ceremony regardless of whether they have a child participating in the ceremony. Interviews with staff revealed they are aware they cannot be sharing confidential information with people outside the center. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated.

Report was reviewed with Director Rosa Valencia. Notice of site visit was given and appeal rights were given. .
