On March 17, 2026 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Giovani Gonzalez conducted an unannounced inspection at the above mentioned Child Care Center (CCC). LPA met with Director Ariana Resendiz and informed them the purpose of the inspection was to close a complaint investigation. At the time of the inspection 99 children were present.

The allegations of Personal Rights - Staff hit day care children and staff handles children in a rough manner could not be corroborated. Interviews with staff revealed they have not observed children being hit by the staff or staff being rough with children in care. Further, parents interviewed did not express concerns with the center or staff and stated they are satisfied with the care being provided.

Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated.

Report was reviewed with Director Ariana Resendiz and Violeta Garcia Notice of site visit was given.
