32 | During an interview with P2, P2 stated that they feel their child is "really safe there," that any issues at the home would be reported to them upon pickup, and that they are "extremely happy" with the FCCH. Interview with P3 revealed that despite minor injuries not outside the norm involving their child having occurred at the FCCH, "Any time there’s been an injury it’s been reported to me."
Furthermore, during the initial 10-day inspection on 4/02/2026, LPAs Parsapour and Loftus observed one (1) assistant present providing care & supervision in addition to Licensee. Records review of the Licensing Information System (LIS) and of the Guardian database indicate that the assistant present possesses the necessary background clearance. Interview with Licensee revealed the licensee's daughter has served as an assistant of the daycare, and that a cleaning lady is present at the FCCH on a biweekly basis, primarily on weekends. Records reviewed by LPA Parsapour also indicated that the aforementioned individuals possess the necessary background clearance.
In regards to Allegation #1 & Allegation #3, observations, records review and interviews did not corroborate the allegations. Although the allegations may have been made with merit, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore, the allegations listed above are deemed UNSUBSTANTIATED.
No deficiencies were issued during today’s inspection.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days or a civil penalty of $100 may apply. Appeal Rights were provided to Licensee. Exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with the Licensee, Ana Shea. |
