On June 3, 2022 Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Austin Rios and Rona Chavez conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection. Prior to entering the facility, LPAs conducted Covid-19 screening questions. Facility was closed today but director advised LPAs that they could enter to measure and were let in by safety and security staff present. Staff provided LPAs a tour of the facility inside and out. There were zero children in care at the time of the inspection.

Facility sent in application for a Toddler Option, requesting a capacity of 20 (Ages 18-30 months) to existing preschool. Community Care Licensing (CCL) received an approved fire clearance from Ventura County Fire Department on May 19, 2022.

Facility Measurements:

Indoor - 30.8 x 27.1 which met the requirement for 20 children

Outdoor- 30.8 x 29.7 which did not meet the requirement for 20 children. It was enough for 12 children.

LPA discussed the measurements and capacity of 12 children with the director. Director advised she understood.

As of today, June 3, 2022 the toddler option is approved for 12 children.
