On September 26, 2024 at 12:05 PM Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Aaliyah Zendejas and Shane Loftus conducted an unannounced visit to the above mentioned facility (CCC) for the purpose of closing a complaint. LPA met with Jason Young and explained the purpose of the visit. LPA conducted a tour of the interior and exterior of the facility with Director, Jason Young. LPA observed a total of 26 students under the care and supervision of 4 staff members.

LPA conducted staff and parent interviews as well as record review regarding the above mentioned allegations. During staff and parent interviews, interviews did not highlight any violent nature that had came from staff members. During staff interviews, there were also no indication of staff members being violent toward children and had indicated positive classroom practices regarding behaviors. LPA during visits on 07/09/2024 and 09/26/2024 noticed that classrooms were fully staffed and within ratio. During interviews, LPA did not observe any evidence of classrooms not having any supervision for children.
