On 10/24/24 at 12:20pm, an annual inspection was made to the facility by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Tammy Dutra. At 1:39pm the home was toured inside and outside. The licensee was supervising eight children and three of the children were infants under 24 months which made the Licensee operate outside of the licensed capacity and ratio requirements. The facility’s operating hours are 6:30am- 5:30pm, Monday–Friday. The floor plan submitted by the licensee was reviewed and verified. The off-limits areas of the home are all bedrooms, laundry room and garage, and were made inaccessible by baby gate and door knob covers. The children use the back yard as the outdoor play area and it is fully fenced. There were no pools or other bodies of water observed in the yard.

Six children's records were reviewed at 12:27pm. One staff record was reviewed at 1:02pm. There are currently two adults living in the home.

The following deficiencies were cited, it was observed Licensee has three infants in care with a capacity of 8 which is operating out of ratio and there is no carbon monoxide detector in the home. (see LIC 809D):
