Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Cherie Acosta conducted an unannounced visit to deliver findings on the above allegation. LPA met with Tamara Shek.

The above allegation was investigated by California Department of Social Services Community Care Licensing Investigations Branch.

Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is deemed unsubstantiated.
