25 | On 06/20/24, a prelicensing inspection was conducted today at 2:15 PM by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kiriko Lynch. LPA met with applicant Jody Walker. The applicant is requesting a license for a capacity of 14. Fire clearance was approved on 06/05/24, and received by Licensing. The facility will operate Monday-Friday, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. The residence is a 3 bedroom/2 bath single story home. There are 2 adults and 5 minors currently living in the home.
The home and yard were toured, and the facility sketch was verified. The following areas will be off limits to children: main bedroom, two oldest children’s bedrooms, laundry room, garage, backyard, all outbuildings, fenced back acreage. These areas have been made inaccessible by means of gates, fences, latches, locks, etc Home utilizes central air and heat The home has a propane stove that is not utilized and is disconnected. Poisons are locked in the outbuilding. The home is equipped with a working smoke detector and fire extinguisher rated at least 2A10BC. The children will use the front yard as the outdoor play area. The front yard is not completely fenced, therefore, the applicant understands that constant supervision must be provided while children are outside. |
