13 | On 2/3/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Carol Heath amended the report to change the finding. On 1/9/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Carol Heath made an unannounced initial 10-day visit to Trinidad Tinoco Family Childcare Home, to investigate a complaint. When LPA arrived, the licensee’s daughter/assistant (Teresa Tinoco) opened the door and granted access to the facility. The licensee went to the story and will return shortly. Around 10:05 am, LPA Heath met with the licensee, Trinidad Tinoco, and her mother (Juana Perez/assistant). The purpose of the inspection was to inform the licensee that an investigatio was being conducted regarding the above allegations. The licensee granted access to the facility.
During the visit, LPA observed four children in care: two infants and two preschoolers, supervised by the licensee and an assistant. LPA interviewed the licensee and her assistant, reviewed the records of two assistants, and verified compliance with required certifications, including CPR/First Aid, Mandated Reporter Training, immunizations, and TB clearance. A copy of the facility roster was obtained and reviewed. Additionally, LPA observed four booster seats in an SUV equipped with seven-passenger seats.
