LPA Garibyan toured the facility with the director, Cilene Brumer at 1:25 p.m. on 09/06/2018. There were 101 children and 9 teachers present at the time of the visit. |
Based upon the evidence obtained through the course of reviewing documentations and interviews, there is insufficient evidence to support or disprove that License: Facility staff are failing to report incidents to authorized representatives, Personal Rights: Facility staff are not using sanitary food handling practices, Lack of supervision, Neglect/Lack of Supervision: Facility staff are failing to provide adequate supersivion to daycare children, and Personal Rights: Facility staff are failing to address the behavioral needs of the child in care.. Therefore, this allegation has been determined unsubstantiated. A finding that the complaint is unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred.
