On 2/16/2022 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jillinda Chandler made an visit to the VOA Learning Center Head Start. During todays visit LPA observed classroom #2 for repairs from an incident that occurred on 11/16/2023, where a vehicle ran into the south/west corner of the classroom, causing significant damage to the class. Building and safety deemed the class room to be a safety hazard and the classroom was red tagged.

LPA observed completed repairs and the classroom was returned to an operational status. LPA took photographs of the classroom.

Building and Safety permits shall be provided to the department prior to resuming class.
