25  | On 9/12/24, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lilli Babcock conducted an unannounced required 1-year inspection to the above facility.  A COVID risk assessment was conducted. LPA met with Licensee, Diana DeArco, to whom the reason for the visit was explained. Per Licensee, there are 14 children currently enrolled. There were 4 children and licensee's assistant present during the visit. The licensee was observed to be operating within the license capacity limitations. 
 
The licensee states that 4 adults and 5 children currently live in the home. Per Licensee, there are two assistants working at the facility. All adults living in the home have obtained a criminal record clearance. 
 
This is a one-story home which consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, garage, front yard, backyard with a pool, and a side yard which are both fenced.  
 
Per licensee, areas off-limits to children and parents include 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, garage, front yard, and backyard with swimming pool. The children have access to kitchen, dining room, living room, one bathroom, and side yard which is fenced. 
 
Licensee guided analyst on a tour of the facility. During this visit, all areas identified on the facility sketch that are accessible for children to use were toured and inspected and the following was observed.
